Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Because we use dropshipping suppliers through Modalyst, items are shipped directly from our supplier partners. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the supplier and product availability. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the supplier’s location and your shipping address:
United States: 5–15 business days
Canada: 7–20 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on: Item weight and size, Shipping destination, and Supplier shipping rates. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may: Ship from different suppliers, Arrive in separate packages, or Be delivered on different dates. This is normal for dropshipping orders.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for: Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.If an issue occurs, contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate with the carrier or supplier.
